Tommy brings the Harborfest Jet-Ski Freestyle Championships on July 26-28,
2013 These Jet-Ski professional freestyle riders will be strutting their stuff on the
water by performing big air jumps, flips, underwater dives, and fountains of water
for the honor of being named the Harborfest Freestyle Expression Champion..
